Emily Mortimer

Emily Mortimer is a British screenwriter and actress who is well-known for her marked contribution to Hollywood films. Mortimer is an ex-theatre pupil with an impressive legacy. Additionally, she is a modest personality. Mortimer was the lead in "Mary's Returns," which was a sequel to 1964's iconic musical "Mary Poppins." This role marked one of the most significant moments in her career. She portrayed a quirky French assistant in the 'The Pink Panther' film and an ambitious and headstrong news reporter in 'The Newroom. Emily Kathleen Anne Mortimer was born on December 1, 1971 at Hammersmith, London, to famous writer and barrister Sir John Mortimer and Penelope Gollop. Emily is a plethora of siblings. She has a half-brother Jeremy as well as an older half-sister named Sally and a half-sister, Sally. Both are children of her father's previous marriage to author Penelope Fletcher.
